Abstract

The research is set to examine influence of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) strikes on academic performance of students in Usmanu Danfodiyo University (UDUS) during 2013/2014 Academic Session. The study employed cluster sampling technique to select faculties and the departments. A total of 350 questionnaires were administered and 280 were retrieved and analised through descriptive statistics. The disruptions of academic session by staff union industrial actions have significant undesirable negative impact on academic success of the students....
